Refund & Cancellation

Before work begins

A cancellation requested before project work begins may receive a refund after deducting any payment-gateway charges and non-recoverable third-party expenses.

After work begins

Because design and development are customised services, completed milestones and time already spent are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled, any eligible balance for work not yet started will be calculated and communicated within seven business days.

Completed digital services

Delivered consultations, reviews, written content, design concepts, source files and completed website work are not returnable. If a delivered item materially differs from the agreed scope, notify us within seven days so we can review and correct it.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within seven business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
